Striped Kameez

This tunic dress is inspired by the traditional Southern Asian 'Kameez'. Designed in a shift style, it features an asymmetric bodice. The three panels are carefully stitched to align handwoven broken stripes, using the phekwa cutwork technique from Varanasi. Lined with cotton voile for comfort, it has a concealed side zip. The fabric is 90% katan silk and 10% slub cotton yarn, in deep brown.

Dry Clean Only. Address stains promptly, blot with a dry cloth. For silk, use low heat; for cotton, medium to high heat. Store in a cool, dry place in a cotton bag with camphor, avoid sunlight, and air out monthly.
