  • Changing an Order

    No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/colour) once an order is placed.
    NOTE: Should you wish to modify your order, please inform the team, you can DM us on Instagram/Facebook or Call/WhatsApp us at + 91 7081504040 Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST for any assistance.
  • Customization

    While placing an order, please select ‘custom’ from the size option. We will call you as soon as the order is placed and note down the requirements. Customised products cannot be exchanged.
  • Gift Wrapping & Personal Message

    November Noon products come packaged in our signature ivory box and these are good to go as a gift. There is an option to send a personalized message with your gift.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • Shipping Services

    We ship to almost all major countries- India, USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, Europe, Japan and Hong Kong. We offer free shipping to anywhere in India and at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones outside of India.
  • Processing Time

    Your order should ideally reach you within 10 to 12 working days from the date of placing order. You can coordinate with us via whatsapp at 7081504040 for any updates.
  • Track Your Order

    Registered Customer:

    • 1. Log on to our website with your registered email Id
    • 2. Click on your profile and go to My Orders
    • 3. Click on the Order Details section to get the information on the Tracking Company, Tracking Number and Tracking Link
    Guest Users:

RETURNS
  • Return Policy

    At November Noon, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:

    Manufacturing fault: Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at November Noon, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks’ time. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased. Incorrect size: We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and doesn’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at hello@novembernoon.com. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    • We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.
    • If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have already purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
      1. Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 2 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your exchange request for you.
      2. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
      3. Once the unused product is received at our end, we will dispatch the required size depending upon its availability.
      4. In case the required size is not in stock, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
      5. You can then use the credit note for your future purchase with us.
    • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

    Everything that you see on our website available for purchase is in stock. If a piece is out of stock, the page will notify you of the same. In case of further enquiries, do reach out to us at hello@novembernoon.com
  • Is it safe to use my credit card online?

    While we can’t take any guarantees for the entire internet, please be assured that all transactions on November Noon are completely safe and follow standard procedures for online shopping platforms.
  • How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?

    November Noon is a collective of designers, artisans, and weavers, strengthened by relationships that go back a century. Each piece in our inventory is conceptualised, designed, and handwoven at November Noon.
  • Which size should I choose?

    Depending on the cut and style of the piece, we have made size guides available for your perusal on each item listing.
  • Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

    The colours on our product pages are as close to real-life as possible, however, how those colours display on different monitors is variable.
  • Can I track my order?

    After you place your order, we will send you all relevant delivery details on the contact information provided. In addition to that, you can always view your current and past orders in your account details under “My Records”.
  • Is my personal information kept private?

    Yes, your personal information is kept confidential. However, anonymized data may be used to improve our services and marketing. You can find out more through our Privacy Policy.
  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    Creating an account on November Noon is completely optional. If you would like to skip that step, we request you to simply choose “Continue as Guest” on the Checkout page.
  • How do I place an order on your site?

    First, find a piece you like.
    Second, check the size.
    Third, add your preferred size to your cart.
    Fourth, pick the currency in which you would like to pay.
    Fifth, continue to checkout and complete your payment.

    Finally, fall in love with your handwoven piece of luxury!
  • Which currencies can I shop in?

    Currently, we accept payments in INR, GBP, EUR, and USD. Contact us at hello@novembernoon.com if you would like tomake a purchase with any other currency.
  • Can I reserve an item to buy later?

    You can reserve any piece at November Noon by completing the checkout process and choosing your preferred date of delivery.
  • Does the brand offer seasonal sales?

    Since each piece at November Noon is handwoven by artisans with decades of experience, we offer limited sales. However, if and when we do, we will send you an email. You can also keep an eye on our social media at @november_noon for upcoming sales and launches.
